Hey — I'm Joshua, the guy behind Quote Commander. I built this app because I kept watching contractors lose jobs for one simple reason: the estimate took too long. By the time a quote went out, the client had already signed with someone faster.

Contractors don't work behind desks. You're in trucks, on ladders, in crawl spaces — often with gloves on and one hand free. So I built a tool that works the way you actually work: keep the client details, scope, proposal and invoice together, whether you are on site, in the truck or catching up at the office. Voice notes and photos are options when they help — not the whole job.

Quote Commander now includes branded proposals, signatures, invoices, payments, client records and your own price book. New scheduling, crew collaboration and costing tools are in preview. If there is something that would help you run your work better, I want to hear it.
