Terms of Service

1. The Service

Quote Commander provides AI-assisted estimating tools that convert voice recordings and job-site photos into draft quotes and proposals. The service is provided "as is" and is intended as a productivity aid for contractors.

2. Estimates Are Your Responsibility

AI-generated line items, quantities, and prices are drafts only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying every estimate before sending it to a client. We are not liable for under- or over-priced quotes, omissions, or project outcomes.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

• New accounts include a 7-day free trial; a payment method is required to start.
• After the trial, your subscription auto-renews at the plan price unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Manage Billing.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to misrepresent pricing to clients.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts, quotes, or data.
• Abuse, scrape, or overload the service or its AI processing.

5. Client Portal & E-Signatures

Quotes you send are accessible via unique links you share. E-signatures captured in the client portal are intended to indicate acceptance of a proposal; you are responsible for confirming they satisfy the legal requirements in your jurisdiction.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quote Commander is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost business arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
